Reimagining their online presence to match the precision and professionalism of their work.

Texas Executive Protection Professionals (TEPP) hosts exclusive, high-profile networking events for the executive protection community and high-net-worth clientele. Their mission is to connect industry leaders, security experts, and service providers in an environment that reflects the same level of professionalism and discretion they bring to their work.
The Challenge
While TEPP’s in-person events were known for their sophistication, their online presence didn’t reflect the same polish. Their website and materials lacked a cohesive brand identity, and their digital workflows for event management, sponsorships, and ticketing were fragmented across different platforms.
Our goal was to create a refined, trustworthy brand that communicated both professionalism and prestige, without leaning into clichés of “tactical” or “militaristic” aesthetics that dominate the industry.

Our Approach
We started by defining the visual foundation of TEPP’s brand.
The result: a balanced brand system combining strength, clarity, and subtle luxury.
-
Established a neutral and masculine color palette inspired by slate, graphite, and deep blue tones, that worked well with their existing brand presence and logo.
-
Selected clean sans-serif typography (Yantramanav and Hind Guntur) for readability and sophistication.
-
Built a modular website, designed for effortless updates, sponsor showcases, and event registration.
-
Streamlined internal processes by creating a single source of truth for event tracking.

TEPP’s new identity and website now reflect the caliber of their events — confident, composed, and professional. The refreshed look reinforces TEPP’s position as a trusted brand within the executive protection industry, while the operational upgrades make it easier for their team to scale and manage future events.
“The goal was never to make TEPP louder — it was to make them unmistakably credible.”
